Scout Tour Packages
Due to popular demand, we are now offering Scouting groups the opportunity to earn badges by participating in our educational and fun packages AT ANY TIME, instead of just one day of the year! We've designed these packages specifically to meet the needs of Scouts. Visit us in the summer, fall, or both!
"SCOUTING FOR PEACHES" package
- Available mid-June through mid-August
- $9.00 per scout, $7.00 per adult and tag-along * Adults and tag-alongs do not receive a participation patch
TOUR COMPONENTS INCLUDE:
- 1/4 peck bag to pick your own peaches (4-5 peaches)
- Self Guided Education Stations - learn about peach trees, honeybees, math, tree rings, native animals, local agriculture, and more
- Pick Your Own Peaches, right off the trees, or from our bins (based on availability)
- Peach Fun Packet - games and puzzles
- Participation Patch for scout
- Enjoy our gorgeous views and a day in the great outdoors
- Add a snack (cider donut and sample cup of cider, OR sample cup peach frozen yogurt) for $1.00 per person
- Add lunch (Hot Dog, Chips, Drink) for $5.00 per person
"SCOUTING FOR APPLES" package
- Available mid-August through November (NOT available first 3 weekends in October)
- $9.00 per scout, $7.00 per adult and tag-along * Adults and tag-alongs do not receive a participation patch
TOUR COMPONENTS INCLUDE:
- 1/4 peck bag to pick your own apples (4-5 apples)
- Educational Presentation - "Apple School" - highlighting the life cycle of the apple tree
- Self Guided Education Stations - learn about peach trees, honeybees, math, tree rings, native animals, local agriculture, and more
- Hayride through our scenic orchard
- Educational Packet to download - games, puzzles, and Apple Fun Facts
- Participation Patch for scout
- Enjoy our gorgeous views and a day in the great outdoors
- Add a snack (cider donut and sample cup of cider) for $1.00 per person
- Add lunch (Hot Dog, Chips, Drink) for $5.00 per person
