Scouting Day - 2010 Peach Picking Day
Carter Mountain Orchard presents Peach Picking Day!! We would like to provide both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts with a fun and educational event. All scouts will receive a Carter Mountain Orchard Participation Patch and Girl Scouts will earn the requirements for the “Eco-Exployer Badge”. To make the day especially fun, participants will be taken on a hayride and will get to pick a small bag of peaches to take home!
Bring a picnic lunch, or you can purchase it separately at the Mountain Grill.

Scouting Day - 2010 Apple Harvest Day
Carter Mountain Orchard presents Apple Harvest Day!! We would like to provide both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts with a fun and educational event. Everyone will have the opportunity to experience a working orchard. All scouts will be able to take home a Carter Mountain Orchard participation Patch, and Girl Scouts will be able to earn the requirements for the “Senses Badge”. To make the day especially fun, participants will be taken on a hayride and will get to pick a small bag of apples to take home!
