Okay, here are the rules!

  1. Contest is only open to amateur photographers.
  2. Photos must be taken at Carter Mountain during the 2009 season.
  3. Judging will take place in November of 2009, and winners will be notified by end of year.
  4. Carter Mountain employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
  5. All photos become property of Carter Mountain Orchard, and winning photos may be used by us on our website and in other media without further compensation.

Photos must be received by November 15, 2009 to be eligible for the contest.
